Privacy Policy

Effective date: March 8, 2026

This policy explains what information Pullora collects, how that information is used, when it may be shared, and what choices you have when using the platform.

1. Scope of this Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Pullora collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you access the website, create an account, generate assignments, chat with the assistant, buy coins, or download output files.

Pullora helps users create assignments, revise their work, and download finished files. This policy explains how information is handled across those parts of the service.

2. Information We Collect

Account information. When you sign in, we collect the basic account details needed to identify and authenticate you, such as your name, email address, profile image, and provider account identifiers.

Assignment information. We collect the topic, instructions, academic level, page targets, uploaded documents, styling preferences, and other information you provide so we can generate or revise assignment content.

Chat and assignment history. We store chat messages, generated versions, retry activity, assignment status updates, and other records needed to save your work and show your assignment history.

Billing and transaction information. We collect coin purchase activity, wallet records, payment references, and other details needed to process coin purchases and paid outputs.

Basic usage information. We may collect browser information, timestamps, and service logs to keep the platform secure and running properly.

3. How We Use Information

We use your information to create and manage your account, authenticate sessions, store assignment history, generate and revise documents, render PDFs, process downloads, and provide customer support.

We also use information to estimate costs, track coin usage, confirm successful payments, detect abuse, fix problems, improve product quality, and understand how the service is being used.

We may also review overall user activity to understand which parts of Pullora are most useful so we can improve the experience.

Some product features rely on automated systems and AI tools. Information you provide may be used to generate content, revise text, review quality, or format output when you request those actions.

4. Assignment Content and Uploaded Files

Files and text you submit are processed so Pullora can generate assignment drafts, apply edits, build references or outlines, render PDFs, and let you revisit prior versions later.

Because Pullora is built to save and manage your assignment work over time, your uploaded files and generated drafts may remain linked to your account until you delete them or request account deletion, subject to backup and recordkeeping limits.

You should only upload content that you have the right to use and that you are comfortable processing through online software systems.

5. AI Processing and Automated Review

Pullora uses automated systems to help generate, revise, structure, and review assignment content. That includes chat-based creation, manual generation, revision requests, and internal quality checks.

These systems can still make mistakes. Even when Pullora performs internal review, outputs may contain factual errors, formatting issues, incomplete citations, or content that does not match your institution’s rules. You remain responsible for reviewing final output before using it.

6. Legal Bases and Product Purposes

Where applicable, we process information because it is necessary to provide the services you requested, keep the service secure, run billing and payments, comply with legal obligations, and improve the product.

If we rely on consent for a specific activity, you may withdraw that consent where technically and legally possible, but some features may stop working as a result.

7. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers or infrastructure partners that help us run authentication, hosting, storage, logging, AI processing, payment processing, or operational support.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to respond to legal requests, to protect Pullora or others, or as part of a business transfer such as a merger, acquisition, or asset sale.

When information is shared with third parties, we intend to share only what is reasonably needed for the relevant service or legal purpose.

8. Payments and Wallet Data

Pullora uses a coin-based billing model. If you buy coins through a payment method, the service stores the records and payment references needed to confirm successful funding and keep your wallet accurate.

Payment providers operate under their own privacy terms. Information submitted directly to a payment provider may be processed under that provider’s own policies.

9. Cookies and Similar Technologies

Pullora may use cookies or similar technologies for session management, security, preference storage, and service measurement where implemented.

Blocking certain cookies may affect login state, saved preferences, or other parts of the product that depend on persistent sessions.

10. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the service, maintain assignment history, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, and protect the platform against abuse or duplicate financial activity.

Retention periods may differ by data category. For example, wallet records, assignment drafts, and support-related data may each be kept for different periods depending on legal and operational needs.

11. Security

We use reasonable measures intended to protect account data, files, and transaction records. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, and you use Pullora with that understanding.

You are responsible for protecting your device, maintaining the security of your login provider, and notifying us if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

12. International Use

Pullora may be accessed from different countries, and your information may be processed on systems located in jurisdictions other than your own. By using the service, you understand that your information may be transferred, stored, and processed where the service and its providers operate.

13. Your Choices and Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or restriction of certain personal information. You may also have rights related to portability or objection to certain processing activities.

You can also manage some information directly inside the product, such as profile details, display settings, assignment content, and account usage. Some information may remain in backups, financial records, security logs, or other systems where deletion is not immediately feasible or legally permitted.

14. Children’s Privacy

Pullora is not intended for young children. If you believe a child has provided personal information without appropriate authorization, contact us so we can review and take appropriate steps.

15. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect product changes, legal developments, or operational needs. When we do, we may update the effective date and post the revised version here.

Your continued use of Pullora after the revised policy becomes effective means you acknowledge the updated policy.

16. Contact

For privacy questions, support requests, or account-related concerns, contact Pullora support through the product or the contact information made available on the website.
