Terms of Service

Effective date: March 8, 2026

These Terms explain the rules for using Pullora, including account access, assignment generation, coin usage, payment handling, and the limits of the service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of Pullora. By accessing or using the website, creating an account, generating assignments, using the chatbot, buying coins, or downloading output files, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use Pullora.

2. Description of the Service

Pullora is a web-based assignment workflow platform. It allows users to generate assignment drafts, revise content, customize document styling, maintain version history, and export completed PDF files through chat-based and manual workflows.

The service may change over time. We may add, remove, pause, or change features, pricing, payment methods, or limits without guaranteeing that every feature will always remain available.

3. Eligibility and Accounts

You may use Pullora only if you can legally form a binding agreement and are permitted to use the service under applicable law.

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, the security of your sign-in method, and all activity that occurs through your account.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that appear to be abusive, fraudulent, unlawful, or materially in violation of these Terms.

4. Your Content and Inputs

You retain rights you may have in the text, prompts, files, and other materials you submit to Pullora. You represent that you have the right to upload, process, and use all content you provide.

You must not submit material that is unlawful, infringing, malicious, defamatory, abusive, or otherwise prohibited by law or these Terms.

You are responsible for making sure your use of Pullora and any resulting output complies with your school, institution, employer, or other applicable rules.

5. Output and AI-Assisted Content

Pullora uses automated systems and AI-assisted workflows to generate and revise content. Outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, repetitive, improperly cited, or unsuitable for your situation.

You are responsible for reviewing, editing, fact-checking, and approving any output before submission or use. Pullora does not guarantee that generated content will satisfy academic integrity policies, grading criteria, or factual accuracy standards.

Any internal review performed by Pullora is meant to improve output quality, not to guarantee correctness, originality, or compliance.

6. Acceptable Use

You may not use Pullora for unlawful conduct, harassment, fraud, infringement, security attacks, attempts to access data that is not yours, or any action that disrupts the platform.

You may not use automated means to overload the service, bypass limits, scrape protected content, or trigger unauthorized tool actions.

We may investigate misuse and may remove content, restrict features, suspend balances, or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect the service or other users.

7. Billing, Balance, and Payments

Pullora uses an internal coin system for paid assignment operations. Coins may be purchased through supported payment methods made available in the product.

Coins inside Pullora are not a bank account, stored-value account, deposit account, or investment product. They have no independent cash value outside the service and are intended only for use within Pullora.

Pullora generally charges coins only for successful paid outputs. Pricing, quotes, reserves, supported payment methods, and coin purchase options may change over time.

Unless required by law or caused by a platform error, completed coin purchases and completed charges are generally non-refundable and non-withdrawable.

Payment providers operate independently. Provider errors, bank delays, network issues, or verification issues may affect the speed at which purchased coins appear in your wallet.

8. Assignment Processing and Delivery

Some assignment actions may queue, retry, fail, or produce multiple versions. Pullora may display progress information, status messages, or estimated times, but those indicators are informational only and are not guaranteed completion times.

Where version history is available, users are responsible for choosing which output to keep, revise, or download.

9. Availability

Features may change, be paused, or be interrupted from time to time.

We do not promise uninterrupted availability. The service may experience outages, latency, failed runs, degraded output quality, or infrastructure issues.

10. Intellectual Property

Pullora, including its software, branding, interface, and related materials, is owned by Pullora or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

These Terms do not transfer ownership of the service itself. You may use the service only as allowed by these Terms and applicable law.

11. Privacy

Your use of Pullora is also governed by the Privacy Policy. By using the service, you acknowledge that Pullora may collect and use information as described there.

12. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access immediately if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, created legal risk, harmed other users, interfered with the service, or used Pullora in a fraudulent or abusive way.

You may stop using Pullora at any time. Termination does not automatically remove records that must be retained for legal, security, accounting, or operational reasons.

13. Disclaimers

Pullora is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, and uninterrupted availability.

We do not guarantee that the service will be error-free, secure, always available, or suitable for your specific academic or professional requirements.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pullora and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising out of or related to your use of the service.

Where liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited to the amount you paid to Pullora for the specific service giving rise to the claim during the most recent applicable period allowed by law.

15. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pullora and its operators from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of your content, your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.

16. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we may update the effective date and publish the revised version on the site.

If you continue using Pullora after the updated Terms take effect, that continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

17. Contact

For support, account questions, or payment issues, contact Pullora through the product or the contact information made available on the site. For payment-related issues, you may also contact the admin on Telegram at @plxor.
